Rural Health Clubs

Each University Department of Rural Health (UDRH) is associated with a Rural Health Club that provides social and professional networking opportunities for health students on placement in rural and remote regions.

Being a member of a Rural Health Club is a great way to get know other medical, nursing, midwifery and allied health students whilst on placement and build connections with other health professionals living and working in rural and remote Australia.

The National Rural Health Student Network (NRHSN) is the national association for the Rural Health Clubs and provides information on how to become a member of the local Rural Health Club in your placement region.
